download issues solution

ok guys it would appear to be an issue with zip files and not the rar files...the solution i found was for the time being or until we have resolved this issue is to do the following...

1. download the zip file and save it to desktop or where ever you want

2. right click on it and goto propertys

3.click change and another window pops up and select winrar and that should solve the problem
