Rules For Nzb-Magic

This is basically an English site although we have members from around the globe, the majority of members speak English so when replying to posts, asking for help or general chatter in the chatbox, forums or posts, please use only English.



1. Please conduct yourselves in a mature and dignified manner. Flaming, harrassment, Racism and personal attacks are not permitted. If there is a dispute with another member or with a moderator or administrator, please try to resolve it amongst yourselves. When this cannot be done, please contact Mods or Admin. Their decision is final.Anyone Caught violating this rule will be BANNED.



2. Pedophilia, Incest and Bestiality: Users may not publish written, image or video content that promotes pedophilia, incest and bestiality.
Child Pornography: NZB-MAGIC has a zero-tolerance policy against child pornography, and we will terminate and report to the appropriate authorities any user who publishes or distributes child pornography.


3. DO NOT post warez, cracks, serials, piracy, hacking, terrorism, illegal content, illegal activity, or links to such content anywhere on this web site.

3.01. Never Ask For Serials for any software(either by pm,replying to a post,or in chat. This will result in immediate removal of your account and ban of your IP address.


4. NO SPAM
Do not spam the forum: it won't help. The following are considered spam:

4.01 Double posts. If you posted something and realized you made a mistake, use the edit option. If you make another post adjacent to your previous post, the new post will be considered as spam.

4.02 Off topic posts will be either removed or moved to the appropriate place.
Follow the rules and you will love your stay here. Before starting a topic or asking a question, check the forums to see if already asked or posted, if your question wasn't asked before or if the file you propose hasn't been already released earlier.

4.03 DO NOT set a homepage outside of NZB-MAGIC unles you have been given permission by a member of the Admin Team.

Any violaters of these rules will be banned without notice.


5. (Account sharing will get you BANNED.) Your account is yours alone. You are responsible for any activity created with it. You may not share your account login with anyone. If you choose to ignore this important RULE your account, and any accounts associated with it, will be BANNED.


6. Do not nonsense peeps posts when thanking them ie .................... or even ''''''''''''''''''''''' etc are not acceptable a simple thanks is all we ask to show respect to those that post for free here.So to keep it simple follow the rules thanks etc. But ........... or aaaaaaaaaaaaaa etc.Those doing that get a free 1 week ban.Please respect all that give to you all for free.


7. DO NOT [REQUEST/ASK FOR HELP] If you have NOT posted a ‘Welcome Message’ or an ‘Hello’ post in the ‘New Member?’ Forum. In this case, please DO NOT ‘Request’ anything or ask for ‘Help’. We expect that our ‘New Members’ introduce them selves. If you can not be bothered then fine. But Please DO NOT expect anyone to go out of their way to help YOU.


8. Please do not discuss illegal activities. Our server is hosted in the USA and so is subject to US law. Please do not expose us to any unnecessary legal liability.


9. Going over a member of staff's head about warnings, or any other matter will only end up with you being banned. OAP or Hawke and PFC will back a member of staff's decision 100%, so it's a waste of time sending them PM's whining.

10.Please uploaders members etc When posting a file just make sure the file we get uncompressed has no links to any other site ie nzb-toilet hulk is just left as hulk

11. Regards Pars all if no pars in your post please state and will post later when availible cos we look at a lot of posts and will add if there(pars repair the files remember all cos we as a site want all to enjoy what we give)

13.DO NOT REQUEST UPLOADS IN THE CHATBOX.We have a request section HERE Any request in chatbox will be dealt with a warning and if it does persist you will be banned

14. Leeching is a member that takes more files in one day that are impossible to get in the day.Regardless of how many you get members ,if we staff feel you are taking an excessive amount you will be banned.So be happy to be here but do not abuse what we give you.Vip's enjoy an unlimted amount.

Moderators & Administrators:

1. Forum rules are enforced by Moderators who are assigned forums by the Forum Administrators.
2. Moderators have additional rights in their forum. Besides the closing or complete deletion of threads, they can also move them or make them sticky.
3. Moderators can and may set up additional posting rules which meet the related files of their forum.
4. If you think a moderator is abusing his or her power, feel free to contact an Administrator using the 'Contact Us' link below.
5. Super Moderators are Moderators that have moderation rights on all available forums. Super Moderators are appointed by the Administrators.
6. Administrators are people maintaining the technical background of this NZB forum. They are responsible for appointing Moderators and Super Moderators.
7. We reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violate the forum rules, as access to our forum is a privilege.
